PROGRAM NOTE:

REGALIS was composed in November 2022 and was written for very young band...Grade 1. The instrument ranges, rhythms, independence level, and general difficulty are tightly limited in order to create a good effect when performed by beginning musicians. The title refers to the regal character of the music. – Steve Rouse
